A 300year old natural rock locally referred to as
"EBO) ABENA" has been discovered in the Broano Forest at Jeduakese in the Wasa Amenfi Central District of the Western Region.
Tradition has it that the rock is a female goddess who has blessed residents of Jeduakese in ages.
Prospective visitors to this Broano Shrine must go there with empty stomach, a direction that signifies total humility and respect to the handiwork of nature.
It is said that water only flows from the top of the EBO) ABENA rock during the dry season. This signifies that the great goddess is fertile.
The discovery which is under the auspices of Teteret3 Okuamoah Sekyim II, Omanhene of Wasa Amenfi Traditional Area forms part of many other tourist sites yet to be given massive publicity for stakeholder investment.

Chief of Jeduakese, Nana Kofi Yeboah II, Chief Linguist Tenkorang and Elders of the community led us to this age long tourist site and called for financial investment towards making this rock a viable source of revenue generation to propel development.
