Let's Support The Government, Stakeholders And Communities To Ascertain Quality Standard Of Education - Headmasters Advised

The Former Headmaster for *Goka Senior High school in the Jaman North District of the Bono Region*, who has currently been transferred to Drobo Senior High School, *Mr Emmanuel Takyi Ankrah* has advised his colleague headmasters to be supportive in ensuring their efforts are felt at their areas of work to facilitate quality education. 

Speaking during His send off ceremony and official handing over of projects provided for the school by him in conjunction with the PTA, He therefore pleaded with all Headmasters and teachers to work assiduously to ensure that their impact causes positive change in every school they may be posted to work.

Mr. Emmanuel Takyi Ankrah tasked parents who are having their wards in Senior High Schools to take responsibilities for their wards when the need arises, stressing that the free senior High education introduced by the Government is to assist and reduce the financial burden on parents therefore parents must consider the welfare of their children and act in accordance with that to guarantee brighter future for the family.

The PTA Chairman of the School, *Mr Gabriel Ansu Manu* highlighted some challenges the school is facing despite the PTA's efforts to support and improve teaching and learning in the school. 

Mr. Gabriel indicated that the school lacks master's Bungalows, Assembly Hall, Administrative block and other infrastructural amenities which he said after their provision will facilitate teaching and learning in the school. 

Mr.  Gabriel Ansu Manu expressed that, The PTA have been able to procure 200 dual desk for the school, Built 3 unit classroom blocks for the school, provided Girls Dormitory, Toilet facilities, and Mechanized borehole.

The Current Headmaster of Goka Senior High School, *Mr Daanu Peter Blankson* on behalf of the school management board expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the former Headmaster and the entire Parent Teacher Association and promised that the school will ensure maintenance of the projects.
