*Hon.Barbara Oteng-Gyasi Commissions Three(3) Community Centres within Aboso Enclave.*

It was all joy and songs of praise as *Hon. Lawyer Mrs Barbara Oteng-Gyasi*, the President of Wassa-Hemaa Foundation commissioned three (3) modern community centres on Saturday,17ᵗʰ September 2022.

he beneficiary Communities were Layout, Gyantekrom and Ekutuase with estimated seating capacity of 500, 300 and 150 respectively for the three suburbs of Aboso in the Prestea Huni-Valley Municipality.
The three (3) projects recently completed were commenced with funding from Wassa-Hemaa Foundation. The projects fulfill the long standing desire of the Communities for decent and comfortable place for social gatherings such as naming ceremonies, funerals, and other community engagements.
It may be recalled that Hon. Lawyer Mrs Barbara Oteng-Gyasi made a commitment to complete all ongoing projects that she initiated during her tenure as legislator which has accordingly been fulfilled.
The chiefs and elders from all three (3) communities, Nana Amos, Nana Amissah and Nana Yeboah expressed their gratitude to Hon. Mrs. Barbara Oteng-Gyasi for redeeming her promise to them and used the opportunity to request for the construction of Aboso Inner-city roads.
Speaking at the events, Hon Lawyer *Mrs Barbara Oteng-Gyasi* expressed joy for completion of three out of five Community Centres initiated by Wassa-Hemaa Foundation as the project was among the flagship projects undertaken by the Foundation . She entreated the communities to cultivate the habit of maintenance to ensure longevity of the projects to the benefit of the community and gave the assurance that the outstanding two would be completed soon. She also disclosed that an agreement had been reached per previous engagements with Goldfields Ghana Limited to construct the Aboso Inner-city roads as well as Awudua, Damang and Bompieso.
Present at the occasion was the Municipal Chief Executive, *Hon.Isaac Dasmani(PhD)* affectionately called *"Municipal 'Messiah".*
He commended the efforts of Hon. Lawyer Mrs. Barbara Oteng-Gyasi and her Foundation for the continues support extended towards the development of the Municipality.
Other dignitaries present were Constituency executives of the New Patriotic Party led by Mr. Abbiam Kuntu Danso, electoral area coordinators, polling station executives, Assembly members, and party faithfuls.
