Subscribers to one of Ghana's most branded telecommunication network, MTN, has apologizd to residents of Bogoso and it's enverons battling with serious disruption for its services since October, 2022.
In a publication done by Wassaman Insider newspaper on Wednesday, 18th January, 2023 MTN accepted blame to that effect and thus renders apology to subscribers.
A statement issued by the Corporate Communications Department Scancom PLC 18-01-2023 indicates, "MTN wishes to apologize to its subscribers in Bogoso and its environs for the disruptions to its services.
This is due to multiple fibre cuts and other technical issues.
Our technical team are working towards a permanent resolution of the issue. We apologize for the inconveniences. We will update you when the issue is fully resolved. Thank you."
