WASSA PENSANOM: RESIDENTS BARES TEETH AT ILLEGAL MINNERS FOR UNSAVORY DESTRUCTION OF WATER BODIES AND DEMANDS NEW BOREHOLES.

Residents of Wassa Pensanom in the Amenfi Central District of Western Region of Ghana bares teeth at illegal minners for unsavory destruction of their water bodies. 

According to the residents, these illegal minners have destroyed their water bodies that support the livelihood of the community and it's surrounding villages hence demands for new boreholes. 

The residents in an interview with Bright Agyemfrah, saids the only well which served as a life support to the community too not hygienic anymore due to the use of chemicals by these illegal minners. 

The residents finally gave the caretaker of the community, Nana Fusaini, who gave the land to the illegal minners two days altimatum to help curb the situation at hand.

Wassaman insider newspaper hearing this news, engaged the caretaker, Nana Fusaini, who explained to us that, he actually gave out the two arches of land to this minners to mine and reclamate the area been waterlogged surrounded with bamboowill take it right shape because the place because a death trap. 

He continued and said, before these minners began operating on the said land, the promised the community, 50bags of cement and 3 packets of roofing sheet to complete their community self help Durbar center and now has ordered the minners to get the community a new borehole with three(3) days.
