The Management of the Tarkwa-based Premier League Club, Medeama SC led by their bankroller, Mr. Moses Armah Parker paid me a courtesy call at my office on Friday, May19, 2023.
The visit comes ahead of a titan clash between Medeama SC and Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
A win for Medeama SC will be a great step towards winning the Premiership which will be a great honor for Tarkwa-Nsuaem and Western Region generally.
My donation of GHc40,000.00 is to motivate the playing body and the activities of the team to continously make the mining city proud.
The last time Western Region experienced the touch of the Premiership trophy was in 1976 when the then Great Hasaacas won the league which was even not considered a premier league. We will be proud to receive the trophy this season.
Let's come together as Westerners to fervently pray and support Medeama SC.
The Cup is indeed coming home.
