*Hon. Lawyer Mrs. Barbara Oteng Gyasi Gyasi Cut-Sod For The Construction Of a Community Center At Aboso Housing.*

The President of Wassa Hemaa Foundation *Hon. Lawyer Mrs Barbara Oteng Gyasi* on Saturday 25th of February, 2023 cut sod for the construction of a community center at Aboso Housing Community.
The 400 seating capacity center is expected to be completed by September 2023.The edifice which upon completion will have adequate capacity to cater for activities of both Aboso Housing Community One and Two. The project will be funded by the Wassa Hemaa Foundation with support from corporate donors.
It's worth mentioning that the Wassa Hemaa Foundation over the past four years has provided full funding for the construction of five (5) New Community Centers and supported in the construction of others .
Most recent among these projects are Aposo, Layout, Gyantekrom, Ekutuase Community Centres and financial support towards the completion of Amoanda community center initiated by the Community.
Speaking at the event, Hon Lawyer Mrs Barbara Oteng Gyasi urged the community to support the contractor in the execution of the project to ensure timely completion and reiterated that the edifice would provide a site for community engagement and social events which will ultimately foster unity amongst community members as they continuously interact at the Community Centre.
The Traditional Authorities of the community led by *Nana Ampomah Quainoe* expressed heartfelt gratitude to the President of Wassa Hemaa Foundation and gave assurance of the community's collaboration towards successful project completion.
