TETRETE STORMS WASSA ADESU FOR CLEAN UP EXERCISE.

The Omanhene Of Wassa Amenfi Traditional Area, Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim II, together with his elders on Monday 13th November, 2023 stormed Wassa Adesu in the Amenfi East Municipal for a clean up exercise.

The three- day clean up exercise forms part of the ADIM KESEƐ festival program outline.

Three communities were selected for the exercise, namely, Wassa Adesu, Wassa Akropong and Wassa Asikuma all in the Amenfi East municipal. 

Chief of Wassa Adesu, Nana kwasi Ebbah II, with much joy showered praise on the Omanhene Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim II and his elders for such initiative to help promote proper sanitation since health is wealth.

Chief of Wassa Dawurampong, Ntiako Agyiri II and some divisional chiefs commended Omanhene for such initiative hence demanded its extension to other communities  suggesting that it becomes a monthly exercise. 

Tetrete Okuamoah Sekyim II, Omanhene of Wassa Amenfi Traditional Area, tasked Adesu authorities to sustain this initiative and assured them his support. 

The exercise was accompanied by, Baafour Kwame Anim(Chief Wassa Asikuma), Nana Agyei Fena(Chief Wassa Afransie), Nana Ntiako Agyiri (Chief Wassa Dawurampong), Chief Of Wassa Anakom, Obaahemaa Ameyaa (Wassa Amenfi Obaahemaa) and other traditional chiefs.
