Work is assiduously also going on at the rail bridge area and the tracks will soon be laid there which will take the kilometers of tracks laid from 68 km to 94km representing 95% of the overall project.

The train signaling technology is being installed and trials with the signals will start this July.

Poko a Poko, the Tema-Mpakadan 98km standard gauge railway network is nearing practical completion and we should see it running with some railway coaches to ease vehicular traffic in the Tema to Mpakadan environs soon.
