The ECG District Commercial Officer at the Asankrangwa Office, Mr. Michael AGBEZE is calling for improvement in the payment of bills owed his company by customers within their jurisdiction.
He laments in an interview with Sir Rich on Asankrangwa based ROYAL FM that only 40percent of ECG customers pay bills on their own volition while the company chases other customers for its money.
He was hopeful that the ongoing digitalization of bill payment for power consumption will make the non payment of bills by customers a thing of the past.
